Ingredients:
1 C Miracle Whip Salad Dressing1 C Sugar 4 TBS Cocoa 2 C Flour 1 C Warm water 2 tsp baking soda 1 tsp vanilla
Directions:
Mix together: Miracle Whip, sugar and cocoa. Then add 1 cup of flour, all of water, then other 1 cup of flour and baking soda. Mix all together and then add vanilla. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes or until done (ovens vary). Cool completely before icing.Don't know about nutritional info but serve warm with vanilla ice cream and you will believe in miracles!
We have eaten this cake in our family for as long as I can remember (age 48). Was the winning chocolate cake to make before all the mixes came along. Very rich and wonderful.I believe my mom used a powdered sugar icing on it but I have used mixes and ready to spread (be careful there cake is very tender)
