roasted Garlic Aoli Recipe

Ingredients:
Garlic
Roasted Peppers
parsley
s/p
mayonaise
eggs
sourcream
paprika
tobasco
shallots
litesoy

Directions:
First take the garlic and the shallots. Wrap them in Aluminum Foil and drizzle with olive oil. Place them in a oven at 350 degrees for about 35 minutes. Let them cool down. Next place the garlic and shallots in a food processor. Puree them with the mayonaise. Next put in the egg and the sourcream. Last put in the rest off the ingredients finishing up with the salt and pepper. It should have a dressing concitency. YOu cand drizzle it over the fried calamari or put it in a bowl
This recipe makes about one cup
