Baked Pheasant Recipe

Ingredients:
1 pheasant, cut into pieces
1/2 cup butter
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 onion, chopped
1 clove garlic
Cream to cover pheasant

Cream Sauce:
1 1/2 cups fresh mushrooms
2 tablespoons butter
1/8 tablespoon crushed rosemary
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/3 cup half and half
2 tablespoons dry white wine

Directions:
Brown pheasant in 1/2 cup butter. Add remaining ingredients and bake at 300 degrees F. for 2 hours.
Meanwhile, make cream sauce by frying mushrooms and adding remaining ingredients. Serve over cooked pheasant.
