Ingredients:
FINEST GROUND PORK YOU CAN GET
CHINESE EGGROLL WRAPPERS
FRESH GINGER
SALT & PEPPER
DROP OR TWO OF SESAME OIL

Directions:
ADD 1 LB. GROUND PORK, TABLESPOON FRESH GRATED GINER, SALT & PEPPER TO TASTE AND 2 DROPS SESAME OIL. MIX WELL. PUT 1-1/2 TABLESPOONS OF MIXTURE ON EGGROLL WRAPPER AND SEAL. WHEN FINISHED WITH ALL MEAT & WRAPPERS PUT IN 1/2 C. WATER IN WOK AND ADD FILLED WRAPPERS AND STEAM FOR 8/10 MINUTES. SERVE WITH 1/2 C SOY AND 3/4 CUP MIRIN MIXED FOR DIPPING.
