Horseradish Mousse Recipe

  Dips

Ingredients:
1 quart heavy cream 12oz. prepared horseradish (drained through sieve) 1 Tbs tobassco 1Tbs sugar 1.5 tsp salt

Directions:
wip cream in mixing bowl until fluffy, add tobassco, sugar, salt. continue to mix until you reach the disired texture. then FOLD! in horseradish. season to taste. DO NOT remix after horseradish is added.
