Prawn or Shrimp Cucumber Cups Recipe

Ingredients:
l large cucumber, the longer and thinner ones do best
mayonnaise
picked prawns (or shrimp)
lettuce hearts

Directions:
Cut cucumber into pieces about 1 l/2 inches long, remove some outer skin to give a stripped effect. Scoop out some of the seeds from the center and put in a little thick mayonnaise. Pile prawns on top and garnish with a prawn head. Serve on a dish of lettuc hearts.
If using shrimp use chopped parsley for garnish
