Broccoli Souffle Bake Recipe | |

Ingredients:
2 boxes chopped broccoli, cooked & drained2 eggs, lightly beatened 1 c. mayonnaise 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1 c. grated sharp cheddar cheese 1 medium chopped onion Dash of salt & pepper to taste 1 stick butter, melted About 15 Ritz crackers, crushed
Directions:
Mix all ingredients except crackers & butter. Turn into 2-qt. casserole dish. Toss Ritz crumbs & butter together (add crumbs to the consistency you'd like). Top this mixture onto broccoli mixture. Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or til nicely browned & bubbly.Serves 6
