Rum Balls Recipe

  Dessert

Ingredients:
2 TBL. cocoa
1 c. powdered sugar
1/4 c. dark rum
2 TBL. light corn syrup
2 c. vanilla wafer crumbs
1 c. finely chopped nuts

Directions:
Sift cocoa & powdered sugar together. Stir in rum. Combine with corn syrup. Add vanilla wafer crumbs & nuts. Mix well. Form into small balls. Dust with powdered sugar. Allow to dry. Store in covered container or freeze til ready to use.
About 36 walnut-sized balls
