Rice Pudding Recipe

  Rice

Ingredients:
l cup cooked rice
1 cup sugar
4 eggs
1 scant teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup raisins
4 cups milk

Directions:
Put the first 6 ingredients in a bowl, and stir well. Add milk, and raisins and stir all together. Put in a square Pyrex dish, and sprinkle nutmeg on top.
Put 4 jar lids in the bottom of a 9x13 cake pan, set the dish on top, and add enough hot water to come up 3/4 of the way on the dish. Bake 1 1/2 hours at 350
This is a special favorite. I'ts wonderful.
