Ingredients:
l lb hamburgerl/2 cup bread crumbs l/2 cup milk l/4 cup Grated onion l egg, slightly beaten 2 tblsp chopped parsley l clove chopped garlic l/4 tsp fennel seed l tsp salt l/4 teasp pepper l/2 teasp paprika l/4 teasp oregano l/4 teasp basil
Directions:
Shape all the ingredients into a loaf and bake at 350 for one hour.This is also excellent served cold and sliced very thin
