Broccoli/Rice Casserole Recipe

Ingredients:
2 boxes frozen chopped broccoli
2 c. cooked white rice
1/2 c. grated Monterey Jack cheese
1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1 med. onion, chopped
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/4 c. margarine
salt & pepper to taste

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Saute onion in margarine. Cook broccoli as directed & drain thoroughly. Combine all ingredients. Bake in a 2-qt casserole dish for about 30 minutes.
6-8 servings
