Brussel Sprouts Recipe | |

Ingredients:
1 lb fresh brussle sprouts1/2 stick of REAL butter 1 lemon 1 jar of capers
Directions:
slice sprouts in half and steam for about 20 min.; place in large bowl, squeez lemon juice over the sprouts add butter, it will melt; add jar of capers with juice; place all in heated cast-iron pan and stir fry for about 3 min.; place in serving bowl/dish and serve. These are delicious!!! |
