Ingredients:
1 pkg of "Knorrs" brown gravy mix1 3-5 lbs roast 1/2 cup water
Directions:
Place roast on a rack in your cooking pan with fat side up. Pour water over roast. Sprinkle 1/2 of the package of brown gravy over roast. (if you want to add carrots, potatoes or celery, do so at this time. place them in the bottom of roaster, surrounding the roast.) Cook on 350 degree until done. Use a meat thermometer to check internal temperature. Sounds too simple, but turns out great everytime.
You can use the remain gravy mix to make gravy for your roast. Just follow package instructions and use half the water requested.
Make sure to use a meat thermometer - makes a world of difference.
