Sausage Rolls Recipe

Ingredients:
1 recipe bicuit dough
1 lb. sausage, preferably hot

Directions:
Roll biscuit dough very thin. Spread with sausage at room temperature. Roll as a jelly roll. Slice into 2" pieces. Bake in a moderate oven until lightly browned. This makes a large quantity that reheats well after freezing.
I make these at Christmas time and they are always fabulous. Virtually foolproof.
