Ingredients:
1 c. plain flour1 c. milk Pinch of salt 2 eggs
Directions:
Beat ingredients with fork (it will be lumpy). Remove baked meat from pan, draining off most, but leaving about 5 TBL. drippings. Return pan to oven & raise temperature to 450 degrees. After pan is really hot, add the batter. Bake, uncovered, 20 minutes, or until golden brown. Cut into wedges and serve with gravy.When cooked, fills a 13"x9" roasting pan
