The Real Cracker Barrel's hashbrowns Recipe

  American Vegetable

Ingredients:
2 lbs. frozen hashbrowns
1/2 c melted butter
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 pt. sour cream
1/2 c. chopped onion
2 c. grated cheddar cheese
1 t. salt
1/4 t. pepper
2 c. crushed corn flakes
1/2 c. melted butter

Directions:
Defrost hashbrowns.
Combine next 7 ingredients and mix with hashbrowns.
Put all in a 3 qt. cassserole.
Saute cornflakes in butter and sprinkle on top.
Cover and bake 350 about 40 min.
