Hash Brown Potato Casserole Recipe

Ingredients:
1 (13 oz.) pkg. frozen hash browns, thawed
3/4 c. melted butter
1/3 c. chopped onion
1 (10 3/4 oz) cream of chicken soup
1 (8 oz) carton sour cream
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
2 c. crushed corn flakes

Directions:
Combine hash browns, 1/2 cup butter, onion, soup, sour cream, and cheese in casserole dish. Crush cereal and stir in remaining butter. Sprinkle over potato mixture. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees about 40 minutes.
10 to 12 servings
