Ingredients:
8 oz. room temp. cream cheese
8 oz. crab meat lump, canned or frozen
1 tsp. (or more if you like) chopped/minced garlic
1 oz. (or more...)sliced scallions
salt & pepper to taste
worcestershire sauce to taste
sesame oil to taste
24 wonton wrappers

Directions:
Add crab, garlic, and scallions to softened cream cheese,mix well. Season to taste with s&p, worst. and oil. Line up wrapers, place a tbs. of mixture ont wrappers,brush edges with water and fold to seal. Deep fry them at 350 deg. for about 10 sec. or til just golden.
I've tried this with flavored crm. cheese , and have also added hot sauce to the plain crm. ch. dont forget the apricot sauce for dipping. 8 oz.apricot preserves, 1 tbs. fres ginger, 1 tsp. dry mustard, 1 tbs. red wine vinegar Heat all ingred. til preserves melt, and flavors blend.
