Ingredients:
1 block of tofusoy sauce green onion tops chopped
Directions:
slice tofu 2 inch slices, place in small bowl, sprinkle chopped onions, and pour soy sauce on top.We hosted a couple of japanese students this summer, they cooked us a typical japanese meal, and this was part of the meal. Not having tofu before, we enjoyed it served this way.
