Ingredients:
1 med.onion, finely chopped1 clove garlic, minced 2 tab.vegetable oil 1 1/2c.ketchup 1/4c.brown sugar 2 tab.Jack Daniel's Whiskey 1 tsp.liquid smoke (optional) 2 1/2 tab.apple-cider vinegar 1/2 tsp.dry mustard 2 drops hot pepper sauce
Directions:
Saute onion and garlic in vegetable oil until tender. Stir in remaining ingredients and bring to a boil over medium heat. Reduce heat and simmer for ten minutes.Doesn't have the soy sauce but may be close
