Chili Killi Recipe

  Mexican Brunch

Ingredients:
day old tortilla chips
diced onions
eggs
chicken stock
red chili or enchilada sauce
salt and pepper to taste
ground cloves
oil for cooking

Directions:
Reheat tortilla chips in oven until hot place in a large sautee pan with the oil sautee a few minutes, add the chicken stock to moisten. add the red chili sauce more or less depending on your taste season and add cloves if desired and then crack the eggs in to the pan and cook, this can also be eaten with out the eggs.
I find this to be like motzha brie.
