Coconut Macaroons Recipe | |

Ingredients:
2 egg whitesl teasp vanilla extract l/2 teasp salt l cup sugar 2 cups shredded or flaked coconut
Directions:
Beat egg whites until stiff. Gradually beat in vanilla, salt, and sugar, one tablespoon at a time. Fold in coconut. Drop by teaspoons onto unglazed brown paper on a cookie sheet. Bake in preheated slow oven (325) for about 20 minutes, or till golden. This makes about 30 macaroons
