Lobster Cocktail With Brandy Recipe | |

Ingredients:
2 cups cooked lobster meat, cut in medium pieces1/2 cup mayonnaise 1 tablespoon tomato ketchup 2 teaspoons lemon juice 1 teaspoon parsley, finely chopped 2 teaspoons chives or green onions, finely chopped salt and pepper to taste 2 tablespoons brandy
Directions:
Mix the lobster with the mayonnaise. Chill for one hour and add the ketchup, lemon juice, parsley, chives or scallions, salt and pepper and brandy. Blend well and chill.Nice on rye crackers or toast squares.
Can also be made with crab meat. Makes a great appetizer!!
