I haven't had these since I lived in Hialeah many years ago, they're wonderful! I've been searching the internet for you with no luck so far I'm afraid. But maybe this can help.I'm guessing you can buy a block of guava jelly at your local grocery store,the queso from what I remember is merely cream cheese. I would suggest using the whipped or softened cream cheese, spread on puff pastry, top that with a thin layer of guava jelly. Seal pastry and bake according to pkg. directions. Not exactly a recipe, but hope it helps. I will keep looking!
