Stuffed Chicken Recipe

  Chicken

Ingredients:
chicken, about 1.5Kg
salt, spices of your choice
freshly ground black pepper to taste
apple/lemon/orange/onion

Directions:
preheat oven to 180 degrees. rinse chick and dry well, fill cavity with herbs/spiceof your choice. Stab a few holes into orange/lemon/apple/peeled onion, so that flavours can bereleased whilst the bird is cooking, and place in cavity.rub with salt, place on rotisserie. make sure you have a large ebough pan below the chicken to catch the drippins else the oven gets really greasy, can set alight. Nioce if you put a few sprigs og rosemary in the dripping pan, can also add a couple of potatoes, onions, carrots, peppers to pan, to make very tasty meal in one oven.
Now relax with a glass of good wine (south african if you can get hold of it), allow to roast for about an hour. ready when juices run clear after being tested with a skewer.
Delicious!
Rotisseries for use on barbeque fires are available, work ver well.
