Directions:
Sure Jell has a less sugar variety of pectin. I just discovered it at the supermarket today. I made strawberry jam using the cooking method. The package insert has both methods (cooking and freezing). The strawberry recipe uses 4 cups of sugar instead of the usual 7 cups. I hope this helps. | |
