Stuffing | |
Ingredients:
portabella mushroomsfeta cheese parm. cheese grated olive oil fresh spinach chopped (pureed) bread crumbs (seasoned) wine salt & pepper to taste melted butter
Directions:
destem mushrooms (save the stems they taste great usedsoups) mix all the other ingredients to moisten and stuff your shrooms. use more feta than parm. use white wine, you may want to partially cook the mushrooms before stuffing and baking so as not to over cook or burn stuffing.
