BAKED WILD RICE WITH MUSHROOMS Recipe

  Rice

Ingredients:
BAKED WILD RICE WITH MUSHROOMS

2 c. wild rice
1 lb. mushrooms
1/2 c. butter
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

Directions:
Cook rice, according to packet directions.
Peel and slice mushrooms and saute in butter until brown. Add to rice, mixing lightly.
Season with salt and pepper and put in a greased quart casserole dish.
Bake 25 minutes at 350 degrees.
Yields~~~ 4 servings.
