Hawaiian Crab Salad Recipe

  Hawaiian Salad

Ingredients:
Hawaiian Crab Salad

1 lb crab meat
1 small cucumber
1/2 cup thinly sliced onion
3 tablespoons chopped green onions
1 teaspoon toasted sesame seed
2 red peppers, seeded and minced
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon sesame oil

Directions:
Cut crab into 1-inch lengths.
Cut cucumber lengthwise into halves, remove seed and thinly slice cucumber.
Combine all ingredients; toss gently.
Chill.
Makes 12 servings.
