Ingredients:
1/2 cup (1 stick) margarine2 cups sugar 1/4 cup milk 2 Tablespoons cocoa 1/4 teaspoon salt 1/2 cup crunchy peanut butter 2 cups quick cooking oatmeat 1 teaspoon vanilla 1/2 cup chopped nuts
Directions:
In a 2 1/2-quart microwavable casserole, combine margarine, sugar, milk, cocoa and salt. Cook with Microwave on HIGH for 5 to 7 minutes, stirring thoroughly after 3 minutes. Mixture should come to a rolling boil and boil for 1 minute.Add the remaining ingredients in order listed. Stir until mixture starts to thicken. Drop quickly by teaspoons onto waxed paper. If mixture is crumbly, it is over cooked 4 dozen cookies
