Here is just one way of drying herbs. There are many.You can dry herbs in a paper bag that has holes punched in it for air circulation. Place the bunch stems up and gather the bag at the stems;close it with a string, a rubber band, or wire twist. The paper bag will shade the leaves from direct light that would otherwise darken them unnecessarily. | |
