HAM QUICHE LORRAINE Recipe

  Brunch

Ingredients:
1 cup extra lean ham (diced & cooked)
1/2 cup onion (finely chopped & cooked)
1/2 cup grated Swiss cheese
1 1/2 cup unsweetened yogurt
2 tsp cornstarch
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper powder
1 1/4 cup egg whites (lightly beaten)

Directions:
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees. Grease a 8x8" pan. Arrange 3/4 of the cooked ham in the base of the pan.Sprinkle the cooked onion over it, and next, sprinkle the grated cheese over it.
Mix together the yogurt and cornstarch until creamy, and then add egg whites, pepper and salt. Mix well and pour over the ham-onion-cheese mixture. Sprinkle the remaining cooked ham over it, and bake for 35 minutes or until a skewer that is inserted comes out clean.
Serves 6.
