Ingredients:
2 pounds hamburger1 egg 1/2 cup milk 1/2 cup bread crumbs 1 package dried onion soup mix 1 can cream of mushroom soup
Directions:
Mix everything but the cream of mushroom soup. Put the mixed meatloaf in a small roaster, or something with a lid. Put the mushroom soup over the top of meatloaf, cover and bake at 350 degrees for about 1 1/2 hours.Take meatloaf out of pan, and using water from the boiled potatoes, add to meatloaf pan. Boil up and scrape bottoms and sides. I usually don't use thickening in this because it's usually thick enough. This is one of our favorite meals....with mashed potatoes!
