Ingredients:
1 2-pound bag or can sauerkraut, drained well1 cup finely chopped celery 1 green bell pepper, finely chopped 1 small onion, grated 1 cup sugar 1/2 cup vinegar 1/2 cup vegetable oil
Directions:
Combine sauerkraut, celery, green pepper, and onion. Mix well. Dissolve sugar in vinegar and add oil. Pour over sauerkraut mixture and chill overnight. Servings-12
