Swordfish Recipe

Ingredients:
salt & pepper to taste
fresh lemon juice
fresh lemons for wedges
fresh cilantro or parsley
melted butter
tobaco sauce

Directions:
marinate the swordfish in a little lemon juice & cilantro chopped or the parsley chopped, with a little salt & pepper to taste a drop or two of tobasco
grill or broil the swordfish Make up a salsa type topping for it. Ex: diced and seeded tomatoes, some chopped cilantro, diced red & yellow peppers, diced shallots or onions, a little lemon juice, a drop of olive oil.etc.
You could use ay extra sword fish for kebobs
