Tuna Casserole Recipe

Ingredients:
1 C. chopped celery
1/4 C. chopped onion
2 Tbs. butter/marg.
2 Tbs. flour
1 11 oz. can condensed cheddar cheese
soup
3/4 C milk
1 12 1/2 oz. can tuna, drained and
flaked
1/4 C. chopped pimento
1/4 C. grated parmesan cheese
optional add 3 C. cooked med. sized
pasta

Directions:
Cook pasta accordingly, drain & set aside. Meanwhile in
a saucepan cook celery and onion in butter or arg. til
tender. Stir in the flour;stir in sop and milk. Cook
and stir til thickened ad bubbly. Stir in
tuna,pimento,and cooked noodles.
Turn mixture into a 1 1/2 qt. casserole:top w/
parmesan cheese. Bake uncovered, at 375 ' 20 - 25 min.
Makes 6 servings
Use noodles or2 C.crushed cheese crackers,or believe it or not 2-3 C crushed potato chips. Also sub mushrooms for pimento or olives. Very versatile. Have a good time Bernard 11
