Veal Recipe

  Veal

Ingredients:
Veal "cutlets"
Oil
Flour
salt & pepper
mushrooms
wine (marsala) or your favorite

Directions:
Lightly pound veal between wax paper sheets til thin. Dredge in flour and quickly saute in hot oil over med.hi heat so that a little brown forms on the meat. Remove veal to platter and keep warm. Add mushrooms to pan and deglaze with the wine. Pour over veal.
