Shamrocks Recipe

  Australian Appetizer

Ingredients:
2 capsicums
4 ozs cheddar cheese - finely grated
1 teaspoon milk
1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce (*)

Directions:
Wash and dry capsicums
Remove top, stalk, seeds.
Rinse and dry well.
Combine cheese, milk and worcestershire sauce.*
Mix to a smooth paste.
Fill capsicums with the cheese mixture.
Press in firmly.
Refrigerate for several hours.
To serve, cut into thin slices and arrange on a serving platter.

(*) Chilli sauce may be used in place of the worcestershire sauce...Angel.
