Picnic Fish Recipe

Ingredients:
4 Large Fish Filets (any kind of fish can be used, but red snapper and cod work best)
1 Sleeve of Ritz Crackers - crushed
1/2 stick of butter
salt & pepper to taste

Directions:
Place fish in a casserole and season with whatever you like (I use garlic, lemon and pepper). Set aside. Melt butter and mix with crushed Ritz crackers. Cover fish with Ritz mixture and bake at 375 degrees until done.
It's easy and delicious. I do this with chicken also, but coat chicken in egg wash, put Ritz mixture in a plastic and shake chicken in plastic bag until coated all over. This recipes always receives RAVE reviews!
