Sirloin Roast Recipe

Ingredients:
1 Sirloin Roast

3 TB butter
1 TB dry mustard
1 Tb fresh ground pepper

1 envelope Knorr Demi-Glace

Directions:
Mix mustard and butter and spread all over the roast.
Cook for 25 minutes per pound for medium-rare-to medium
Take out of oven, cover with foil for at least 10-15 minutes.
In the meantime remove fat from the pan, add water and an envelope of the Knorr demi-glace, for a great gravy.
Bon Appetit!!!
Do not be afraid of the mustard-butter mixture, it is there to seal the juices of the roast. You can double that mixture for a bigger roast
