ROAST BEEF ITALIANO Recipe | |

Ingredients:
4-5 pound roast1-2 garlic cloves,sliced 1 cup diced sweet green mango(optional) 1 cup diced onion 1/2 cup tomato catsup 1 Tbl. horseradish 1 cup water 1 Tbl. oregano 1/2 tsp. chili powder 1/8 tsp. marjoram 1/2 tsp. celery salt 1/2 tsp. salt Dash of pepper
Directions:
Roll roast in flour. Brown in hot fat. Place in heavy roasting pan. Add all dry seasonings. Top roast with sliced garlic,diced onion, mango, if using,horseradish and catsup,then add 1 cup of water around meat. Cover roaster. Place in preheated 350*F. oven for 3 to 4 hours until very tender.Serves 6-8
