Cheese Blintz Casserole Recipe

Ingredients:
4 large eggs, divided
1/2 cup granulated sugar
2 (8oz) packages cream cheese, softened
2 (8 oz) farmers cheese, shredded
2 1/2 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 cup butter, softened
1 1/4 cups all purpose flour
1 tsp. baking powder
3/4 cup milk

Directions:
Beat 2 eggs, 1/4 cup sugar and next 3 ingredients at low speed with mixer until well blended, set aside.

Beat butter and remaining 1/4 cup sugar at medium speed until fluffy. Add remaining 2 eggs, mixing well. Stir in flour and baking powder alternately with milk. Pour half of mixture into a greased 11x7 inch baking dish. Spoon cheese mixture on top, and pour remaining butter mixture over cheese mixture. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes. 8-10 servings!
