Ingredients:
4-5 potatoes,peeled and cut in large pieces1 small onion,peeled &diced 1/4 lb.velveeta cheese,cubed 1/4-1/2 cup of milk salt & pepper to taste
Directions:
boil potatoes & onion until tender.(be sure to salt)pour off almost all water..leave just a little in bottom of pan then add cheese & 1/4 cup milk cooking on low until cheese melts. stir often. if it's too thick add more milk. salt & pepper to taste.this can be as thin or thick as you like.don't stir too hard unless you want potatoes mashed instead of in big pieces.
