Ingredients:
2 tbsp. beef drippings or cooking oil, put in square pan2 eggs, beaten 1 c. all-purpose flour 1 c. milk 1/2 tsp. salt
Directions:
Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Bake 10 minutes, then lower oven to 375 degrees and bake another 20-25 minutes or until puffy and brown. Do NOT open oven until time is up or this will fall flat on it's face. |
