Barbecued Sauce for Wings Recipe | |

Ingredients:
1/4 c. ketchup1 T. sugar 1/2 t. salt 2 T. finely chopped garlic 1 T. vegetable oil 1 T. Hoisin sauce 2 t. soy sauce 1 t. finely chopped gingerroot
Directions:
Cut each chicken wing at joints to make 3 pieces; discard tip. Mix remaining ingredients in med. bowl; stir in chicken pieces untill well coated. Cover and refrigerate 1 hour.Heat oven to 450 degrees. Place chicken with marinade in and ungreased rectangular pan, 13/9". Bake uncovered 30 mins. Reduce oven temp. to 375. Turn chicken; bake 20 mins. or till done and sauce is absorbed. This is quite a tasty appitizer. For an added taste, add some toasted sesame seeds while baking.
