Spinach & Artichoke Recipe

  Dips

Ingredients:
l l6oz carton light or no-fat sour cream
l loz envelope Original Ranch Party Dip Mix
l l4oz can artichoke hearts, rinsed, drained and chopped
l l0oz chopped frozen spinach, thawed, drained well.
l 2oz jar diced pimentoes, rinsed and drained
l large (l l/2 lbs) round bread

Directions:
Combine the sour cream and dressing mix in a medium bowl. Add artichokes, spinach and pimentoes. Cut a circular slice from the top of the bread. Hollow out the center leaving a l inch shell for the dip. Cube the removed bread for dipping. Also served with assorted vegetables.
