Roasted Garlic Mashed Potatoes Recipe

Ingredients:
Few Heads of Garlic
Olive Oil
Potatoes
Chicken Broth
Parsley Flakes (optional)

Directions:
Cut top of garlic head, drizzle with olive oil, wrap in foil, bake for 30 minutes until garlic is soft. Meat of garlic should squeeze out of skin. Peel potatoes, cook in chicken broth until tender. Pour off majority of broth, mash with mixer (may need to add more broth to get desired consistency). Add roasted garlic, mix again. Can add pasley flakes if you desire.
