Roasted Reds Recipe

Ingredients:
1 big potato per person
Olive Oil-Butter
Marjoram

Directions:
Scrub and cut potatoes in four, with skin on.

Melt half oil-half butter just enough to cover the bottom of your pan in a very thin layer. Roll potatoes in this oil mixture and add about 1Tbsp. marjoram on top of potatoes.

Cook about 45 minutes at 450F oruntil browned outside and tender inside.

You can substitute garlic for marjoram or any other herb that you prefer.

Can be served with roast beef as well as lamb or chicken.
