Pecans Recipe

  Confections

Ingredients:
1 cup whole Pecan halves

1/2 cup Brown sugar

Directions:
In a non stick pan slowly melt the sugar. Add pecans and coat. If it gets a little messay add a little butter (1/2 tsp.)
Place on wax paper to dry and store in a tight jar or can.
I use them for garnish on Raspberry Vinegarette salads.
