Ingredients:
3 c. flour1 c. sugar 1/2 c. shortening 1/2 c. milk (sour) 1/2 c. molasses 1/2 c. raisins 1/2 c. oatmeal, cooked 1 egg 1 tsp. baking powder 1/2 tsp. soda Allspice
Directions:
Mix milk and molasses and oatmeal. Cream sugar and shortening add egg. Combine all dry ingredients; sift. Put everything together; mix well. Make small drop cookies. Bake in 350 oven until brown. (Allspice to taste, about 1/2 tsp.) | |
